From first code to AI: the learning path
Most children start with Scratch and move on to Python. From there they build websites, apps, games or AI. After the free class the tutor places your child on the path, so nobody repeats what they already know.
- Grades 2–8
Start with blocks
Scratch teaches loops, conditions and variables with drag-and-drop blocks, through games, animations and stories.
- Grades 3–12
Move to real code
Python reads close to plain English and grows with your child, from first programs to data and automation.
- Grades 1–12
Build what they love
Websites with HTML, CSS and JavaScript, mobile apps with React Native and Flutter, or 2D and 3D games with Unity.
- Grades 6–12
Build with AI
Data analysis and visualisation, then machine learning and AI models of their own, in Python.

Questions parents ask about our courses
Which coding course should my child start with?
Most children start with Scratch at 5 to 7 and move on to Python. Older or very motivated beginners, around 11 and up, can start directly with Python, and teens who want to build websites can start with Web Development. In the free class the tutor checks your child's level and recommends a course.
Does my child need coding experience?
No. Beginner courses such as Scratch start from zero. For the other courses some basics help but are not required: the free class doubles as a level check, and the tutor sets the starting point.
Do you teach AI to kids?
Yes. Children from about 7 learn the coding foundations AI is built on in Scratch or Python. The Data Science & AI course, for ages 10 and up (grades 6–12), covers data analysis with Python and pandas, machine-learning algorithms and building AI models.
How are the courses taught?
Every class is taught live by a real tutor, never pre-recorded. Choose private 1-on-1 classes (45 minutes, 2–3 a week) or a small group of 2–4 students (60 minutes, 2 a week). Your child keeps the same tutor and classes are scheduled in your time zone.
How much do the courses cost?
Plus from $7.80 a class (groups of 3–4), Premier from $9.60 (groups of 2–3) and Prime from $15 (private 1-on-1), in US dollars. Prices vary by country, group size and plan. Every course starts with a free trial class, and you only pay for the classes your child takes.
Do students get a certificate?
Yes. Codinzy is accredited by STEM.org. Courses end with a certificate (Young Scratch Developer, Python Programmer, Web Developer or Code Oracle) as a downloadable PDF and a shareable digital badge.
